The CrossFit Games are world-renowned as the ultimate proving ground for the Fittest Man and Fittest Woman on Earth™, inviting athletes from over 120 countries into the international field of play. For the past 16 years, fans from around the world have attended the multi-day sporting event, streamed the competition online, or watched on a wide range of international broadcasts, including ESPN and CBS.

THE ASK

Set the stage and pave the way for The CrossFit Games in downtown Madison, Wisconsin while acting as liaison between municipalities and event organizers.

WHAT WE DID:

  • Procured the run course across: public sidewalks, Madison Parks spaces, county and state property.

  • Facilitate road closures to ensure minimal traffic disruption during a weekday morning rush hour.

  • Worked with over seven municipalities for event permitting and permissions.

  • Planned logistics for the 3.5 mile point-to-point event concluding atop the steps of the Wisconsin State Capitol.
